When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message content
• Source / referral page

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, manage leads, and improve our services. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Admin access to submitted leads and contact data is protected by email-and-password authentication with role-based access control. Only designated administrators can view, update, or delete lead records. We use standard industry practices for session management and password protection.

GSS AI is hosted on Lovable Cloud, a managed platform that provides infrastructure, database services, and edge runtime capabilities. Lovable Cloud handles underlying infrastructure security, network isolation, and managed database access. GSS AI is responsible for application-level controls such as authentication, authorization, and data handling practices.

• All network traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Row-Level Security (RLS) is enabled on database tables, ensuring users can only access data they are authorized to see.
• Admin functions require authenticated sessions; unauthenticated users cannot access lead data.
• Database access is scoped to application roles with the minimum privileges necessary.

We retain contact and lead data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (see below).

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a privacy request, email us at keith@gilbertservicessouthwest.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

GSS AI does not currently use third-party tracking cookies or analytics platforms. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page and provide an opt-out mechanism where required.

If you discover a security vulnerability or have a security concern, please contact us at keith@gilbertservicessouthwest.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
